Leonardo Da Vinci

Leonardo Da Vinci was equally artist and engineer. He is a super hero to the imagination because he made dreams a reality.

Started young as an apprentice he created amazing work that stunned master artists such as ...Andrea del Verrocchio

However, no work captured the world's imagination such as this enigmatic Mona Lisa.

This painting not only has been literally stolen, but it has captured the world's attention for it's mastery of artistic skills, and possible mysteries.

Is there a hidden code in Da Vinci's paintings?

The Last Supper...

contains lots of clues of using one of Da Vinci's secrets. Da Vinci was full of his secrets that we are still enthralled with today. Many of these secrets led to great inventions that he kept in his sketchbook. He used his art in sketchbooks as a laboratory for his imagination... How are you using your sketchbook?

Michelangelo

Michelangelo is famous for creating statues that looked so real people would swear they are
breathing. One such statue is the mother of Jesus, Mary.

She is part of the larger statue, the Pieta.

He was known for seeing the raw potential in rough, broken, and thrown away stone. The statue of David was sculpted out of stone that was discarded.

Though he preferred sculpting, Michelangelo  painted the Sistine Chapel as well as many other famous paintings. Many artists would compare themselves to his legacy and title as possible the greatest artist who ever lived.
